Application Instructions

How To Apply:


  1. 1.Review the prerequisites for for participation.

  2. 2.Access the online Registration Form.  Complete the online Registration Form for each child you intend to enroll. 

  3. 3.Download the Behavioral Contract.  Review it with your child.  Both parent and child must sign the contract.

  4. 4.Ask your child’s teacher to submit an online Teacher Recommendation.

  5. 5.Submit the following four items in a sealed envelope to our mailing address: 

  6.    A recent photo of your child

  7.    An updated Immunization History (obtained from your doctor)

  8.    Behavioral Contract, signed by both parent and child

  9.    $100 Deposit per session (if submitted before May 1st), or Payment in full.




Online registration and recommendations must be timestamped and application materials must be postmarked by the following dates:

Session I: June 7    (Session I is now closed.)

Session II: June 28



A complete application (including both online and mailed portions) submitted on time with the $100 deposit (per session) will hold your child’s place until May 1st.  After May 1st, remaining payment is due.  Complete applications submitted after May 1st must include payment in full.

To have a complete application:

  1. Submit online Registration Form

  2. Have a teacher submit the online Teacher Recommendation form

  3. Submit a recent photo, immunization history, signed Behavioral Contract, and either $100 deposit (per session) or payment in full by mail.  These materials must be submitted together in one envelope.


Note:  All the above forms and materials, filled out completely and submitted online and by mail in one envelope constitute an complete application.  If any of the above materials are absent or incomplete (ex: missing the child's signature on the Behavioral Contract), the application is considered incomplete and will not be processed.


Notification of acceptance will be sent by email if and only if your child’s application is complete.  Students are accepted and classes are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, per online timestamp or postmark date of complete application, whichever comes last.  We do not accept applications or payment by phone.

Tips and Reminders:

  2. Do not submit application materials separately.  We ask that the four supplementary materials ($100 deposit per session, photo, Behavioral Contract, and immunization history) be mailed in one envelope.

  3. Please follow up with your child’s teacher to ensure they have submitted their online recommendation for your child.

  4. None of our sessions will be “full” until the end of the registration period, marked by the application deadlines listed above.  For more information on Late Registration, click here.
